The spirit off this menu is to combine the best ethnic flavors with local produce. We sprout greens and grow our own tomatoes, lettuces as well as some chiles and herbs. We are proud to support local, organic agriculture as well as fishing and farming.

This commitment to the best and freshest ingredients we can find in the area translates into a healthy meal without sacrificing the succulent seduction of comfort food. Our very talented chef Hugo is very passionate about food and the details that go into his preparations.
