Each table has it's own personality and style. Some are hidden away in the beautiful courtyard, other are in the main dining room under soft lighting, dinner at this gourmet restaurant is a flavorfull event.
We sprout our own greens right here in the restaurant. We grow our own tomatoes and lettuces as well as most chiles and herbs. We only use fresh fish caught right here by local fisherman, with the exception of wild salmon.
The classic Tuscan "Forno Bravo", wood fired oven, not only allows us to make artesian pizzas and bread, but also serves as an overnight slow cooking oven for ribs and suckling pig. The resulting taste is truly fantastic.
